Mission Statement

To provide safe, effective, and personalized chiropractic care that supports the lifelong health and wellness of every member of the family – from first breaths to golden years.

Values & Approach to Care

  • Family-Centered: Dr. Mathis emphasizes a “family center” approach. This means she treats not just individuals, but supports the full family unit—children, parents, grandparents—as part of holistic health.

  • Community-Focused: By choosing a rural/community practice location, she demonstrates the value of making quality chiropractic care available where it may otherwise be lacking. This aligns with values of accessibility, local support, long-term relationships.

  • Holistic Well-Being: Her chiropractic training, combined with a “family care” model, suggests she views health in broad terms (mobility, nervous system function, lifestyle, prevention) rather than only symptomatic treatment.

  • Relational Care: A smaller-community clinic often emphasizes personal relationships, continuity of care, and home-town trust. Her relocation with family to Stuart signals she’s not just serving the community, she’s becoming part of it.

  • Empowerment & Education: Family-center care often includes educating parents about children’s health (sleep, posture, development), and empowering families to make healthier choices together.
